*Please note, the application will only be available during our giving cycles.

  • We make every effort to provide as many microgrants as possible. However, the number of grants we can offer depends on the donations we receive. Our goal is to support a minimum of 10 individuals per cycle.

  • After you submit your application, our team will review it carefully alongside other submissions. If your application is selected, we will reach out to you personally and provide guidance on the next steps, which will include providing additional documents and information.

Once the necessary documents are verified, we will proceed with processing the payment. In the event that we are unable to assist you at this time, we will kindly notify you.

  • Regrettably, we are unable to provide assistance to every individual in need due to the substantial number of applications we receive.

We understand the challenges faced by many, and we genuinely wish we could support everyone. However, please know that we carefully consider each application and strive to assist as many applicants as possible.

  • Yes, if you have not yet received a microgrant, you can submit one application per giving cycle.

Please note, because of the scale of need and attempt to distribute funds as equally as possible, we are not able to give multiple microgrants to the same individual.

  • We take the responsibility of our crowd-sourced funds seriously. Because of this, part of the application process requires a video and is compared with other identifications provided by the applicant. This video is kept completely private and confidential.

  • You will generally hear from us within 2-4 weeks of being selected.

  • Our microgrants go to individuals from the trans+ community seeking support for gender affirming healthcare, housing & living expenses, legal fees, or education/professional development.

We review each request submitted through our form, considering eligibility and alignment with our funding priorities. 75% of our microgrant funding is reserved for BIPOC trans+ individuals, ensuring a focus on supporting marginalized communities.

We strive to assist as many individuals as possible within the scope of our resources and funding availability.

  • You can reapply every cycle.

  • After you have been notified of selection, we will ask you if you prefer to be paid by Zelle or cashier’s check.

  • Unfortunately due to varying state laws regarding aid for transgender youth, we are unable to assist with funding to this age group.

  • Although in the past we were able to provide international support, due to issues with payment and varying international law, we can no longer assist applicants outside of the U.S.
