Organizing & fundraising to support trans+ people in need — just like Nico.

Nico's Story

Nico’s authenticity was infectious. He made everyone feel seen, caring fiercely for his community and supporting them in any way he could.

Nico will forever be remembered as the best friend, partner, son, brother, and “fairy trans-father” to all that knew him. His bright energy filled every room he entered and his laughter brought joy to everyone around him. He lived more life in his 27 years than most people ever will. While his time on this earth was cut short, his impact will be everlasting in his community — an intense love and shining light in the hearts and journeys of all who were blessed with knowing him.

The Nicolas Gogan Foundation was founded to continue his legacy of sharing the love and joy he gave in abundance. We are honored to support and uplift the trans+ community in his name.

What We Do

We support the well-being and success of the trans+ community by providing funds for healthcare, housing, legal services, & education/professional development for trans+ folks in need.

We live in a deeply unjust system that heavily impacts the lives of trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. Every trans+ individual should have the resources to live their authentic life — but transphobia, discriminatory laws, and inaccessible healthcare can make this an uphill battle.

The Nicolas Gogan Foundation protects our transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming community members by providing financial support to trans+ folks in need. Join our mission - you can help!
